Returns Policy
Except for warranty replacements, returns for credit or exchange must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form be completed online prior to returning the merchandise to Envvironmental Lighting Solutions, Inc. Items shipped without an RMA number will be refused and returned to sender by the shipper.
Restocking charges may apply to any special order merchandise and to returns for credit only. Shipping charges of returns are the customers responsibility and are not refundable.
Shipping Information
Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days of being placed at ecolightsolutions.com. Orders placed over the weekend or on holidays ship the following business day.
Pricing and availability of all products are subject to change without notice. All prices, unless otherwise stated, are in U.S. dollars.
Limited Warranty
All products are warranted one year from the purchase date.
Warranty is void when products are used in applications that they are not intended for.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: ENVIRONMENTAL LIGHTING SOLUTIONS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE TO PAY INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, AND EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. CUSTOMER’S EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR CLAIMS IS LIMITED TO CUSTOMER HAVING THE OPTION OF REPLACEMENT OR REPAYMENT OF THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID FOR THE GOODS WHICH ARE THE SUBJECT OF THE CLAIM.
Environmental Lighting Solutions, Inc. will repair or replace damaged or defective products.
A copy of the invoice is required for warranty repairs or replacements at the time of service.
To obtain service under this warranty, the defective system or components must be returned to Environmental Lighting Solutions, Inc. with proof of purchase, installation date, failure date and supporting installation data.
The customer is responsible for return shipping. Environmental Lighting Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to change prices without notice when necessary. All prices in product list in US Dollars.
Warranty Exceptions: Devices that have been: modified by the user, subjected to extremes in temperature, used in a way not intended by the manufacturer, overpowered or wrongfully powered, or subjected to prolonged exposure to moisture.
While some of our devices may be identified as "water resistant" and repel water, they are not impervious to damage caused by a routinely moist environment and/or submersion. Care must be taken with such devices as moisture damage is not covered under our warranty.
Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, Company Checks, & Personal Checks
We accept money orders or cashier's checks in U.S. Dollars only. Orders are processed upon receipt of a money order or cashier's check. We do not accept company or personal checks.
